Navodaya Vidyalaya Admission 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Navodaya Class 6 Admission Eligibility 2023

• Student Age should be born before 01 May 2011 and after 30 April 2013 (Both dates are inclusive).
• The students who are appearing in class V for session 2022-23 can apply for it. But must be qualified finally for the class V examination.
• The candidate should have not appeared earlier in JNVST Entrance Test.

Navodaya Class 9 Admission Eligibility 2023

• Age Limit: 13 to 16 Years (All Category).
• Qualification: Studied Class VIII from govt approved board or appearing students can also apply.

NVS Class 9 Lateral Entry Admission Eligibility

• Applicant Should be born between 01 May 2008 to 30 April 2010
• Student studying in class VIII from govt approved institution.
• Selection is based on a written test.

NVS Class 11 Admission Eligibility

• Age Limit: 14 to 18 Years (All Category).
• Qualification: Must be passed Class 10th from govt approved board.

Seats Reservation Criteria For Rural, SC/ST, Girls, Disabled Child

• 75% of the seats are reserved for within districts applicants selected from rural areas and the remaining seats are reserved for urban areas applicants of the district.
• Seats Reservation for SC/ST candidates in proportion to their population in the district, but not less than the national average.
• For Girls Students: 1/3 of the seats are reserved for girls students.
• 03% of seats are also reserved for disabled Children i.e. Hearing Impaired, Orthopedically Handicapped, and Visually Handicapped candidates.

JNVST Admission 2023-24 Selection Process

• The selection of students for Class VI & IX is prepared on the basis of marks secured in the Entrance Test.
• Class XI Admission Selection is done by lateral entry. The merit list is to be prepared on the basis of 10th-class marks secured by the applicant.
• Class 9 Lateral Entry: Based on performance in written test / selection test.

• आवेदन फॉर्म में नाम, पता, ईमेल आईडी, आधार नंबर, मोबाइल नंबर, शैक्षणिक योग्यता, आयु सीमा, आदि दर्ज करनी होगी। इसके नीचे आपको जरूरी दस्तावेज अपलोड करने होंगे, जिसकी जानकारी आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध है।

The entrance test will be held for 02 Hours Only duration from 11:30 am to 01:30 pm. Questions will be MCQs and have 3 sections. Total 80 questions for 100 marks will be present in JNVST 2023 Selection Test.
